Polish journalists report that the incident occurred at an intersection in the town of Wola Radziszowska, where the same driver caused an accident and tried to flee the scene. Law enforcement officers noticed the violator and gave chase.
When the Mazda reached a closed railway crossing, the driver again decided not to brake. At full speed, the Pole smashed through the barrier, and a piece of the structure got stuck in the car's windshield. Immediately after, a train passed along the tracks.
Because the train blocked the path for the police, the fugitive managed to escape pursuit. One can only guess what such an adventure cost him and what consequences it will bring in the future. With his actions, he not only damaged his own car but also earned a number of administrative and criminal charges. In the end, law enforcement officers still detained the racer and charged him with reckless driving, damage to state property, and fleeing from the police.
