Now the Bogdan ERCV27 electric vehicle is ready for industrial production and operation. Although it should be noted that the model itself is not new – it was presented back in late 2018.
The electric truck was created by order of the Danish company Banke Electromotive and assembled at the enterprise in Lutsk. The customer plans to use it as a garbage truck, but other modifications of the electric car are also expected.
The Bogdan ERCV27 reaches 7.77 m in length, and its permissible mass is 27 tons. It can reach 80 km/h. The battery with a capacity of 220 kWh provides a range of 220 km, and its service life is 12 years.
The Ukrainian electric vehicle is equipped with Knorr-Bremse pneumatic and braking systems. Air conditioning and a set of video surveillance cameras are also provided.
