For context, Haval surpassed models such as Nissan Qashqai (359,308 units), Mercedes-Benz GLC (356,867 units) and Mazda CX-5 (346,951 units). These models took the 7th, 8th and 9th positions respectively. At the very end of the list (10th position) is the Chevrolet Equinox, which sold just over 344 thousand units.

As for the top five leaders, the first place still belongs to Toyota RAV4 with 958,824 units. In the 2nd place of the 2020 ranking is also the same model as in 2019 - Honda CR-V; over the past year, 704,967 units of the model were sold worldwide. The third and fourth places belong to Volkswagen Tiguan and Hyundai Tucson, with 607,255 and 451,703 units respectively. Finally, the top five is rounded out by the Kia Sportage, which found 373,654 new buyers.
It is worth noting that the crossover segment remains the most popular in most countries of the world. In total, 29 million SUV-class cars were sold worldwide in 2020.
