The Lada Vesta SW Cross station wagon cost the local police 14 thousand euros. Law enforcement officers took the car on lease. In addition, the fleet of local police officers currently includes Kia Ceed and Skoda Fabia Combi.
In April of this year, 459 Lada cars were sold in the EU countries. According to the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA), this figure exceeds last year's by 5.5%. In the same period a year earlier, 435 cars of the Russian brand were sold on the European market.
If we look at the first four months of 2019, Lada sales show a decline. From January to April, 1,665 cars of the Russian company were sold in Europe. This result is 2.6% lower than in 2018.
