He asked us to tell about a sign unfamiliar to him, which stands at the entrance to Cherkasy before the bridge. The so-called "black dot" is listed in the traffic rules register by analogy with the experience of European countries. This sign marks a section of the road no more than a kilometer long, on which at least 5 serious accidents have occurred over the past five years and at least five people have died.
