According to Kostiantyn Usov, Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration, parking inspection officers will not evacuate cars or impose administrative penalties for traffic violations, including unpaid parking.
An exception is possible only in situations where the vehicle creates a serious obstacle to the movement of fire trucks, utility services, public transport, military, or emergency medical ambulances.
Usov also emphasized that this procedure will remain in effect until the end of martial law, as the protection of people is the main priority.
