The main buyers of automotive equipment were representatives of law enforcement agencies. They predominantly chose special vehicles based on ordinary civilian models, to which special equipment was added: light signals, sound sirens, communication devices, and more.

During 2024, the police together with their units purchased almost 1.8 thousand cars. The highest demand was for the Renault Duster — 513 units, Peugeot Landtrek — 262 vehicles, and Skoda Octavia — 217 cars.

The second place in terms of procurement volume was taken by the Defense Procurement Agency, which purchased 359 cars, including Great Wall Wingle pickup trucks.

The state enterprise "Forests of Ukraine" expanded its fleet by 303 vehicles. The most frequently chosen were the Renault Duster — 161 units, and the Mitsubishi L200 — 111 vehicles.

The Security Service of Ukraine together with its regional units received 293 cars in 2024. Among the sought-after models were the Toyota RAV4 — 101 units, Renault Duster — 35 vehicles, and Hyundai Staria — 24 cars.

The top five was completed by the Security Police, which purchased 190 vehicles. The most common were the Renault Duster — 65 units and Toyota Camry — 23 vehicles.
