The plans include introducing a mechanism for obtaining permits for the installation of temporary structures through the electronic trading system.
In addition, the initiators of the draft law seek to regulate at the legislative level the issue of arranging parking lots, which is currently "not regulated and developed, and does not provide for any competition."
It is also proposed to amend the Land Code of Ukraine to unify requirements for drawing up contracts for the use of state and communal lands for kiosks and parking.
This, as the authors of the draft law note, will eliminate discrepancies between the government's by-laws and local authority decisions.
