Visitor reception will be organized only for the provision of urgent services, namely:
- registration, re-registration and deregistration of cars — exclusively for medical institutions and diplomatic missions;
- re-registration of a car due to loss or theft of the registration certificate;
- issuance of a new driver's license to replace a lost or stolen one.
Such services can be obtained only by prior appointment at the duty service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the list of which is posted on the website of the Main Service Center.
In addition, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that through the Electronic Driver's Cabinet online, you can:
- check information about the driver's license and vehicle registration certificate;
- register an authorized person;
- check for and pay fines for administrative violations;
- check the car by VIN code;
- restore or replace a driver's license — however, their issuance will be possible only after the official lifting of quarantine restrictions.
There is also the opportunity to remotely order and receive in electronic form a certificate of whether a person has been brought to criminal responsibility, has a criminal record or restrictions.
