Compared to the same period last year, demand for electric vehicles in Ukraine grew by 58%.
However, the lion's share (91%) of the primary market for electric vehicles was formed by used cars.
The leader in the passenger electric car segment remains the Nissan Leaf. From January to June, 1,550 cars of this model received Ukrainian license plates.
In second place is the Tesla Model S, with 253 registrations.
The third most popular was the BMW i3 with a result of 189 cars.
The FIAT 500e electric car was chosen by 135 Ukrainians – and this is the fourth result.
The top five most popular electric cars on the Ukrainian market is rounded out by the Renault Zoe – 134 units.
In the commercial segment, the best result is for the RENAULT Kangoo Z.E. – 206 registrations in six months.
