For powerful sports cars, Finnish specialists have prepared the Hakka Black 2 model, as well as its modification Hakka Black 2 SUV, designed for off-road vehicles.
The Hakka Black 2 tire ensures stability and reliable grip even at high speeds thanks to the Dynamic Grip concept, which combines a new tread pattern, multi-layer tire structure, and a special rubber compound.
Deep Hydro Canyon grooves resist aquaplaning and efficiently evacuate water, while the Silent Groove Design technology contributes to acoustic comfort and reduces noise levels.
The engineers also took care of tire durability by reinforcing the sidewalls with aramid fibers for additional protection against damage.
The sportiness of the new Hakka lineup is further emphasized by the fact that Mika Hakkinen, the Formula 1 World Champion, participated in the development and testing of the tires.
The Nokian Hakka Black 2 and Hakka Black 2 SUV range includes 40 sizes from 17 to 22 inches, in speed categories V (240 km/h), W (270 km/h), and Y (300 km/h).
For those who prefer a more relaxed drive, another new product is intended – the summer tire Hakka Blue 2 SUV. The main advantage of the model is excellent tire grip on wet road surfaces.
The Dry Touch 2 sipes concept effectively combats aquaplaning by channeling water through wide tire grooves, and also guarantees reliable grip in inclement weather, even with significant tire wear.
A more durable hybrid rubber compound, developed specifically for SUVs, ensures reliable handling and increased wear resistance of the tire, whose sidewalls are also reinforced with the aforementioned aramid fibers.
The Hakka Blue 2 SUV will be available with speed ratings: H (210 km/h) and V (240 km/h). The size range is represented by 21 sizes: from 16 to 19 inches.
The key markets for the Nokian Hakka summer tire family are the Nordic countries, Russia, and Ukraine. The new products will be available for purchase as early as this spring.
