The bulk of the total output of automotive vehicles was accounted for by passenger cars — 606 units rolled off the assembly line (this entire volume was provided by PJSC "Eurocar": an increase of 134% compared to February 2017 and 26.5% relative to January of this year).
During the reporting period, the enterprise produced 35 trucks. This indicator turned out to be 30% lower than in February a year earlier, but 9.4% higher than the result of January 2018.
In addition, 80 buses were manufactured during the month. Here, production grew by 50.9% compared to February 2017 and by 35.6% relative to the January level.
In total, over the first two months of 2018, 1,291 vehicles were produced in Ukraine, which is 70.8% more than in the same period last year. The breakdown by category is as follows:
Passenger cars — 1,085 units (+94.1% compared to the same period last year).
Commercial vehicles — 67 units (-38.5% compared to the same period of 2017).
Buses — 139 units (+58% compared to the same period).
