Last month, more than half of all registered electric cars received license plates in just three regions of the country: the capital (46 cars), Odesa Oblast (32 vehicles), and Kharkiv Oblast (20 units).
The leadership among electric vehicles is held by the Nissan Leaf: in the first month of the year, 124 buyers chose it. However, compared to the same period last year, this figure decreased by 14 percent.
The second position is occupied by the BMW i3 — over the month, the model recorded 19 initial registrations, which is five times more than the result of January 2017.
The top three is closed by the Tesla Model S: it was purchased by 10 drivers, whereas a year earlier — only two.
