In the last winter month, the leadership in the Ukrainian market, as a year earlier, was held by the Renault brand — dealers sold 532 such cars. Compared to February 2016, sales of the French company rose by 24%.

The second line of the ranking was taken by Volkswagen: this brand was chosen by 374 buyers, which is almost double — by 98% — exceeding last year's result.

The top three was closed by Toyota with an indicator of 335 sold cars. Unlike competitors, its February sales fell by 5%.

The remaining positions of the top ten were distributed as follows: Hyundai — 332 cars (+43%), KIA — 327 cars (+48%), Nissan — 285 cars (-5%), Ford — 279 cars (+92%), Skoda — 248 cars (+6%), BMW — 225 cars (+8%), Mercedes-Benz — 188 cars (-7%).

The most popular model of the month was the KIA Sportage — it was purchased by 236 customers.

In total, over the first two months of the year, Ukrainians bought 9,678 new passenger cars — this is 31% more than over the same period in 2016.
