In particular, diesel units were removed from Hryhorenko Avenue, as well as on Teplovozna and Zdolbunivska streets.

The dismantling work took place on the evening of January 11. A fuel tanker, accompanied by a minibus with people, drove up to the modular filling station. Earlier, this vehicle was noticed during the demolition of unofficial LPG filling stations by the municipal enterprise "Blahoustrii".

It is worth noting that after illegal gas monoblocks, diesel "under-fence" stations began to actively appear in Kyiv and the region. "Now we face a new challenge — in addition to liquefied gas, we are seeing a growing number of unofficial diesel fuel sales points. This problem will still make itself known, and I am convinced that without decisive measures, the market will completely go into the shadows today," said Serhiy Kuyun, head of the "A-95 Consulting Group".

The main reason for the emergence of such filling stations was the desire to bypass the excise tax on retail fuel trade: for this purpose, fake fiscal receipts were used, or sales were made without any documents at all.
