"Starting from Friday, most of the previously issued FSTEC permits were annulled. Supplies have been suspended. Ukrainian companies are urgently submitting new applications to resume imports from Russia. The reasons for such a step by the regulator are unknown to Russian suppliers," said one of the importers of Volgograd diesel fuel.
Russian suppliers have sent notifications about the FSTEC decision to most Ukrainian partners.
At the moment, it is precisely known that shipments from the plants of the Russian Lukoil have been suspended. At the same time, there is no official data on the situation with pumping through the oil product pipeline "Prykarpattazakhidtrans".
As one of the major market players noted, the first signals about a possible cessation of supplies appeared at the beginning of the week. "Shipment of already contracted volumes continues. However, new batches are not being sent," the interlocutor added.
