In August 2016, the distributor company "FALCON-AUTO" begins deliveries of the light commercial truck Kia K2500.
The vehicle has an attractive design and is offered as a chassis intended for installation of various body and van options depending on the needs of a specific business. Quite compact dimensions, a cab with excellent visibility, and a turning radius of about five meters make the K2500 a successful choice for urban use.
Under the hood of the Kia K2500 is a turbo diesel with intercooler, with a displacement of 2.5 liters, power of 130 hp, and torque of 255 Nm. The engine is highly reliable and offers convenient access for maintenance both from outside and from the cab. The transmission is a 6-speed manual.
The Kia K2500 is based on a rigid multi-section frame made of steel profile, reinforced with cross members. The front suspension is leaf-spring torsion type, the rear has multi-leaf springs.
The vehicle is stopped by a hydraulic brake system supplemented by ABS and ESP stability control.
The cab without a hood is designed for three people, but the emphasis is on driver comfort, who can adjust the seat in two directions, and the power steering wheel by height. Convenient side mirrors with a wide viewing angle are also at his service.
Thanks to a gross weight of 3240 kg, the Kia K2500 can be driven even by a driver with category "B" in their license, which will be especially relevant for small and individual enterprises. The vehicle also has access to central parts of cities.
