Now users of the iGov portal have access to the following features:
— An employee of the Service Center (formerly known as MREO) checks your online application. If any inaccuracies are found, they will inform you about them. This way, you won't have to visit the Center in person for a preliminary document check.
— You can pay for the service in advance at any bank branch, not limited to the bank located on the Center's premises, which often charges inflated fees.
— You will be able to rate the quality of services provided by taking a survey, and if necessary, send a notification about corrupt actions (all such appeals are forwarded to the regional Police leadership).

— Re-registering a car due to obtaining a new license plate;
— Re-registering a car to a new owner by way of inheritance;
— Re-registering a car when issuing a duplicate registration certificate;
— Re-registering a car after its modification without changing the identification numbers of units;
— Registering a car imported from abroad;
— Registering a car purchased through a trade organization (new cars).
