This was stated by the CEO of VAAID Oleg Nazarenko, referring to consultations at the WTO headquarters in Geneva
As reported by AUTO-Consulting, no WTO country supported the violation of WTO rules - the import duty of 5-10% introduced by Ukraine. In theory, this means that already in the fall of 2015, Ukraine will be forced to cancel the import duty of 5% of the car price. The deadline is the end of December 2015.
Let us remind you that the additional import duty of 5% on cars was introduced on February 25, 2015, to support the balance of payments.
