“According to forecasts, by the end of the day the fire will be practically eliminated. But this is not an accurate forecast. It all depends on how quickly the fuel materials burn out... One large and seven small reservoirs continue to burn,” said Roman Tkachuk, head of the Department for Emergency Situations of the Kyiv City State Administration.
The State Emergency Service claims that there is no threat of the fire spreading either towards the military unit, or towards the airfield and the neighboring oil depot "KLO".
