This measure is called temporary and is introduced for 12 months.
Order No. 119-r, dated February 16, 2015, "On completing consultations with international financial organizations regarding the introduction of temporary measures to stabilize the balance of payments." The order has already come into force. An additional duty is introduced on goods imported into the country, except for "vital necessities." These include electricity, petroleum products, gas, coal, some medical devices and medicines.

The tax base will be the customs value of goods, the rate will be 5% and 10%, depending on the group of goods according to the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity. Vehicles fall into the category of a 5% increase.
