According to Tereshchuk, reinforced concrete slabs will be placed to strengthen checkpoints and ensure the protection of law enforcement officers. They are planned to be installed in the near future.
In addition to the slabs, as the head of the capital's police stated, in some cases specially trained snipers will be dispatched to checkpoints.
