Director of the "Consulting Group A-95" Sergey Kuyun also believes that price increases are unavoidable. "If oil prices have fallen by 40%, then the dollar exchange rate has already risen by 145%. Ukraine, as an import-dependent country purchasing 85% of gasoline and diesel fuel abroad, has no other pricing options," Kuyun emphasized.
