How effective and expedient this is, they decided to try in the Dnipropetrovsk region. There, traffic police squads were equipped with mobile terminals.

Today their number is small, POS terminals were received by only 12 patrol cars. There is also such a terminal directly in the building of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the city of Dnipropetrovsk (department of administrative practice).
In the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Dnipropetrovsk region, it was noted: "This is another step towards eradicating corruption on the road and a progressive way of communication between road users and traffic police inspectors. There is no need to worry about the safety of withdrawing money, since a traffic police officer is obliged to give you a receipt for the debit of money."
There is no doubt that this practice will take root, and soon all crews will have POS terminals with them. If the driver for any reason does not want to pay the fine on the spot, or does not agree with the inspector's claims, he may not use this service. In this case, the traffic police officer will act according to the old scheme, and the driver can appeal his actions or pay the fine at the bank.
