On the price boards of some gas stations of the «AVIAS» and «ANP» chains, next to the A-95 and A-95 Energy grades, the marks «B.R.» have appeared. However, this does not mean that you can pay for such fuel with a bank card — these types of fuel are sold exclusively by coupons.
A-92 gasoline and diesel fuel are sold in the standard manner.
A correspondent of AvtoPortal, having driven around several Kyiv gas stations, noticed increased excitement at the «BRSM» stations. At operators with higher fuel prices (TNK, OKKO, Lukoil, and others), there is no particular influx of cars. Nevertheless, all surveyed gas station operators unanimously noted that since the evening of the previous day, the number of drivers filling up a full tank has noticeably increased.
Earlier, reports appeared online about a possible rise in fuel prices due to the fall of the hryvnia exchange rate. If the dollar reaches 15–16 hryvnias, the cost of a liter of gasoline could rise to 20 hryvnias.
