The general recommends purchasing cars only after a thorough check at the traffic police. This will allow you to avoid problems with the law later.
But the main problem is that traffic police experts cannot always recognize a fake. The problem is that fraud with vehicles is the work of the traffic police officers themselves. Only not current, but former ones. Those who, contrary to the oath, went over to the side of the terrorists. Today these people are in the service of the DPR and LPR bandit formations.
Expert Alexander Leonidov says: "They have all the equipment, special printers and forms with technical passports. Making a real document is a piece of cake. You understand that no traffic police officer can confirm the authenticity of such a card, since formally the documents are real. You can recognize a twin only by studying the body number and checking the numbers against the databases. That's when - yes." But checking against the databases does not solve the problem either. Since until the last moment, access to the databases was open to the regional departments of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
"Sometimes it is not easy even for the traffic police officers themselves to understand where the fake is and where the original is, because when buying a car, especially a business class one, and even with numbers BB (Luhansk registration) or AN (Donetsk), check it to the full extent. Buying such a car, you can save money, but in the end get huge problems in the future. Or even lose the car," Leonidov believes.
