The network of gas stations and oil depots has passed into the ownership of the Austrian company AMIC.

According to Vadim Vorobyov, Vice President of OJSC LUKOIL, the sale of the filling station complex and warehouse infrastructure in Ukraine to the Austrian partner will give the company the opportunity to improve the structure of its assets and establish more efficient sales management in Eastern Europe, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on the performance of petroleum product trading.

Let us leave the words of the oil corporation's representative without comment, however, a number of analysts believe that the current situation in relations between Moscow and Kyiv played a key role in this step.
