In an interview with LIGABusinessInform, Anatoliy Sirenko said that a reform of the State Automobile Inspectorate is being prepared, the plan of which will be presented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs within 2 weeks.
In addition, the chief representative of the State Automobile Inspectorate of Ukraine expressed the opinion that photo fixation should be introduced
«Everyone must be equal before the law. Punishment must be inevitable. We will eliminate contact between the inspector and the driver. There will be no complaints or bribes. The system will operate in automatic mode. This costs about 1 billion UAH. It is impossible to introduce photo fixation this year», - said Sirenko.
As for corruption, not least related to low salaries, the head of the State Automobile Inspectorate admitted that asking for a raise is not the best time now, since military operations are actually underway, but added that he will fight against bribery:
