The strongest impression was made by the Toyota Safety Sense active safety package, which demonstrated excellent performance both in daylight and in the dark. For collision prevention, the car received 97%, and passenger protection was rated at 92%. Notably, the Crown not only can detect pedestrians but also can raise the hood in the event of a collision, which reduces the risk of serious injuries.

Along with this model, the Mazda CX-80, Honda Civic, Honda WR-V, Honda Freed, and Suzuki Fronx were tested, but none of them could surpass the leader in the overall rating. Last year, the top spot was shared by the Subaru Crosstrek and Impreza, scoring 98% each, so the new Toyota came very close to their result.

The new Toyota Crown is a spacious premium sedan five meters long, which is available on the Japanese market with a hybrid powertrain producing 185 hp or a hydrogen modification with 182 hp. It should be emphasized: there have been no official deliveries of this model to Ukraine.
