AirCar is a vehicle that combines a sports car and a light aircraft, and it has already received official permits for use both on roads and in the air. In regular driving mode, this device looks like a restrained supercar with a length of 5.8 meters and a weight of 800 kg. But just press a button — and wings appear from the body, unfolding to 8.2 meters. In this form, it is already a full-fledged aircraft capable of climbing to an altitude of up to 3000 meters.

In flight, the cruising speed reaches 250 km/h, and on the highway — up to 200 km/h. The power unit can be chosen among gasoline engines with 280, 320, or 340 horsepower, and three tanks with a total volume of 160 liters allow you to drive or fly up to 1000 km. The optimal altitude for flight is about 750 meters, although if necessary, the device can climb higher.
The controls here are made as convenient as possible: on the ground, a regular steering wheel is used, and in the air, it also serves as an aviation control yoke.

There is only one peculiarity — a real runway is needed for takeoff. So you won't be able to take off from the balcony of a high-rise building, but if you have access to a small airfield, you can easily cover hundreds of kilometers, bypassing traffic jams, minibuses, and potholes.
