The Japanese automaker timed the release of an unusual drone to coincide with the debut of the updated version of the GT-R sports car. According to company representatives, the model received the title of the world's fastest quadcopter, and the developers themselves call it a supercar among drones.
The team behind the creation of the ultra-fast device was Tornado XBlades Racing, which previously won the first World Drone Prix championship.
The characteristics of the new product are impressive. The GT-R Drone quadcopter can reach the first hundred kilometers per hour in just 1.3 seconds, and the maximum speed reaches 185 km/h. For comparison: no production car can boast such rapid acceleration to 100 km/h.
