The manufacturer of exclusive cars has prepared an electric version of the three-wheeled vehicle 3-Wheeler. The production version of the new product will go on sale this year.
It is known that the unusual electric car develops about 100 horsepower. Not only the manufacturer's own funds were spent on its creation. Thus, the UK government provided financial assistance to the project. Moreover, in the near future Morgan plans to expand its lineup with hybrid versions. 8.5 million euros are allocated for this. Most likely, the first Morgan hybrid will debut in 2019.
It should be noted that Morgan Motor Company is one of the few brands that assembles cars the old-fashioned way. In particular, natural wood is used for the frame, and almost the entire assembly process is done by hand. Also, on the official website, the company calls itself the "last private automaker" in the country.
