Peugeot company has prepared a new prototype 3008 DRK for its rally team, which will go to conquer the legendary Dakar in winter.
The carbon-fiber body of the rally car is built on a tubular frame. The prototype is 4312 mm long and 2200 mm wide. In terms of dimensions, the 3008 DRK is slightly larger than its more compact predecessor, the 2008 DRK.
The newcomer will compete for victory with a three-liter diesel V6 producing 340 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. The top speed is 200 km/h.
