The Audi 80 B3, produced from 1986 to 1991, was exclusively equipped with four-cylinder engines ranging from 1.4 to 2.0 liters. In this case, however, a 4.2-liter V8 was installed under the hood of the sedan, borrowed from the first-generation Audi A8, which debuted in 1994.

The car has not been modified externally at all, so it looks like thousands of other "eighties" that have survived to this day. The new engine runs smoothly and quietly – only connoisseurs and ardent fans of the four-ring brand might suspect something is amiss. But at top speed, this car turns into a real beast. The owner posted a video on YouTube showing what his modified Audi is capable of. True, the video was shot in a cramped courtyard, and at the end, the petrolhead had to brake sharply to avoid crashing into a building at the end of the alley. Nevertheless, a few seconds of the video are enough to understand that the sound of the V8 and the car itself are delightful.
