Today, the price gap between gasoline with alcohol additives and regular fuel can reach up to eight hryvnias per liter. Naturally, the question arises about the quality of such fuel. Traders prepare it themselves, so doubts are quite justified. This is what prompted the staff of the capital's Institute of Consumer Expertise to take up the testing.
So far, such fuel has only been found in four networks: BRSM-Nafta, Avias, Motto, and regional BVS. The test results turned out to be disappointing — half of the samples contained some kind of mixture instead of "alcohol" gasoline.
More details on the research results can be found in our article.
