The company revised its approach to used cars, significantly expanding the range of directions, services, and the geography of its presence.

During 2017, AIS Autotrade opened:

- used car purchase points in 22 auto centers located in 16 cities of Ukraine;

- one of the largest used car sales sites in the country in Kyiv, capable of accommodating up to 500 cars;

- its own diagnostic and service center;

- an electric car showroom in the capital.

The company also introduced several new offers:

- roadside assistance in the form of assistance: for used car buyers it is provided free of charge and is available only at AIS Autotrade;

- purchase of a used car on credit or leasing*, including an exclusive market option — leasing processing in one day;

- exchange of a used car for another used car;

- corporate buyout — wholesale purchase of used cars from legal entities.

Among the new areas of AIS Autotrade's activity, it is worth noting:

- independent import and retail sale of used electric cars from the USA and Europe;

- own import and retail trade of commercial vehicles from the EU;

- ordering cars from the USA according to the client's individual request under the "all inclusive" scheme.

AIS AutoTrade ensured trade-in transactions when purchasing new cars in the AIS dealer network, which allowed increasing the share of trade-in in AIS car dealerships to more than 25%. The most popular brands when exchanging an old car for a new one were Renault, Citroën, and Ravon.

As a result of 2017, AIS Autotrade bought and sold over 1,500 cars — three times more than in 2016. The company invested more than UAH 7 million in business and infrastructure development. The number of employees of the company and service units increased 2.5 times and reached 120 people.

Today, AIS AutoTrade has one of the largest trading complexes in Ukraine, featuring more than 300 cars of 30 brands — passenger cars, commercial models, and electric cars.

Plans for 2018 include further expansion of presence in the used car market, launch of new trading facilities, and strengthening of electric car sales.
