In accordance with the terms of the agreement, the AIS Group of Companies obtains the right to carry out retail and wholesale sales of Belarus tractors, as well as their warranty and service maintenance at all trade and service enterprises of the AIS Group of Companies throughout Ukraine.
Thus, the trade and service network of MTZ OJSC receives 18 new points of sale and service stations for Belarus tractors in 16 cities of Ukraine.
The key focus in promotion and sales will be on the Belarus 82, 892, 1025 model family, which dominate the Ukrainian market.
These tractor models have proven themselves excellently in agriculture, residential and industrial construction, and municipal utility enterprises. The Belarus brand leads the new tractor market with a share of about 20%.
