Kyiv, August 29, 2017 — The OKKO Pay service for paying for fuel at the pump with a smartphone, which launched in mid-August in Kyiv and Lviv, is now available to residents of three more Ukrainian cities: Dnipro, Odesa, and Kharkiv. The payment solution with an integrated Masterpass digital wallet platform was presented by the gas station network together with Mastercard in the updated version of the Fishka mobile app.

Along with Kyiv and Lviv, residents of the cities that joined the OKKO Pay service can also take advantage of a special offer: until August 31, everyone who paid for fuel using OKKO Pay will receive a discount of 3 UAH per liter.

To use the service, you need to download and log in to the Fishka mobile app in advance. The app automatically authorizes the user if they are already registered in the Masterpass digital wallet. You can also register in the wallet directly in the app by entering your bank card details once. These can be cards from any Ukrainian bank of various payment systems. Thus, Masterpass users can securely store data of all their bank cards in the digital wallet and pay faster and more conveniently — without the need to enter card details (card number, CVC-2 code, etc.) every time. Mastercard guarantees the security of payments with Masterpass.

The actions at the gas station are very simple, so the whole process will take no more than a few minutes: you need to insert the nozzle into the fuel tank and go to the OKKO Pay section in the Fishka app. Then — point the program's scanner at the QR code placed on the pump and scan it. After that — enter the required number of liters or the amount you want to fill up with, press the "Pay" button, and that's it — fuel dispensing starts automatically.

In autumn, the service will become available throughout Ukraine. Details: https://www.okko.ua/uk/okko_pay
