In June, the first 25 vehicles will join the company's fleet. The vehicle supplier is the official OPEL dealer – AIS Avtocentre Kyiv. The bread vans are manufactured at the production facility "Avto-Holding" in Kremenchuk.
Opel Movano is one of the European leaders in the commercial vehicle segment. Opel Movano offers a wide range of configurations, wheelbase lengths, payload capacities, and body heights. Taking into account the customer's needs, the Opel Movano chassis with the maximum L3 wheelbase and a 2.3-liter diesel engine with 125 hp was proposed for the production of bread vans.
The supplied vehicles have one of the best configurations available on the market. The vehicle's safety systems include: ABS + AFU (emergency braking assist), ESP + HILL START ASSIST stability control, driver's airbag, and exterior mirrors with electric adjustment and heating.
Comfort and operational reliability will be ensured by: power steering, engine adaptation for cold climate starting, adaptation to poor road conditions, cruise control / speed limiter, air conditioning, rain and light sensors, power windows, driver's seat with 6 adjustment options, and a number of other options.
OPEL Movano bread vans are designed to transport 120 bread trays. The bread van has a reinforced structure and takes into account the specifics of the transported cargo. The van's subframe is made of longitudinal and transverse channels. The van's frame is made of a metal profile pipe, the outer walls are clad with composite materials, and the inner walls are clad with galvanized sheet. The walls and ceiling are insulated with polystyrene. The van floor is moisture-resistant plywood with an anti-slip coating. The outer frame of the van is made of anodized aluminum profile. The door opening is made of stainless steel. The van doors are hinged with an opening angle of 180°. The fittings and fasteners are made of stainless or galvanized steel, and double-ridge rubber seals on the van doors prevent moisture and dust from entering.
