From October 17, 2016 to February 19, 2017, the AvtoVAZ plant in Tolyatti will operate on a shortened working week — only four days. At the same time, the enterprise in Izhevsk, where the popular Lada Vesta model is assembled, will continue to operate on a standard five-day schedule.

Recall that earlier it became known that AvtoVAZ returned to work after the summer downtime and switched to a five-day mode.

In the first six months of 2016, Lada car sales decreased by 11.6% compared to the same period in 2015, and total sales in Russia amounted to 124,353 vehicles.
