More than 79% of survey participants also reported that they would recommend cars of this brand to others.
Honda Jazz took first place in the "utility" category, while Civic, CR-V and Insight made it into the top ten most reliable models in their segments.
During the study organized by OCU, specialists aimed to determine what malfunctions owners encountered over the past year. The collected data formed the basis of a reliability index that allows comparing different brands and models with each other.
