As befits the residence of an influential Ukrainian oligarch, the house has its own art gallery, which contains paintings from Zoltan Sholtes to Adalbert Erdely and Yosyp Bokshay. There is also a farm with cows and horses on the territory, and next to it - its own cheese factory.

Those who have already visited here note that "Bear Grove" is larger than "Mezhyhirya" and is built with taste. The former head of Leonid Kuchma's presidential administration, Viktor Medvedchuk, did not seek to impress guests with ostentatious luxury, but all the items in the house are very expensive and selected with taste.

In the garage, instead of a whole fleet of various cars, more suitable for filming than claiming the role of a rarity, there is modestly one car - a Maybach 57. The approximate cost of such a rarity in Ukraine is about 200-250 thousand dollars for a used car.
