Let us remind you that the Autoportal has already voiced the opinion of experts from the consulting group "A-95" that if the growth of the dollar exchange rate is not stopped, an increase in fuel prices to 50 kopecks per liter can be predicted. This is due to the fact that 90% of the component in the fuel price is currency.
As of February 7, the average cost of the most popular gasoline A-95 increased by 8 kopecks and amounts to 10.91 hryvnias per liter. The price of A-92 gasoline is 10.59 hryvnias per liter, and diesel at Ukrainian gas stations on average costs 9.69 hryvnias per liter.
Overall, retail prices for gasoline have increased by 7-14 kopecks/liter since the beginning of the week.
