The new van is offered in six, seven, or eight passenger versions. In standard configuration, the wheelbase reaches 3200 mm, and in the extended version — 3430 mm. The body is available in three length options: 4895, 5170, and 5370 mm.

The brand's engineers have tried to make the new V-class as similar to a passenger car as possible in terms of comfort and interior finish quality. At the same time, the heir to the Viano has not lost the advantages of a minivan and is now considered the largest passenger car in the Mercedes-Benz model range.

At the start of sales, only diesel engines with a volume of 2.1 liters and outputs of 136, 163, and 190 hp will be available for the Mercedes-Benz V-class. Later, gasoline modifications will be added, as well as a hybrid system. Transmissions — manual or automatic 7G-TRONIC PLUS.

Order acceptance for the Mercedes-Benz V-class in Europe will begin in March, and first deliveries to customers are expected at the end of May. The starting price will be 42,900 euros.
