For potential buyers, the main advantage of this minivan option will be its price. With similar powertrains and gearboxes as the German model, the Skoda version will get a simpler interior and less expensive trim materials. However, the quality of the finish will still be higher than that of the Volkswagen Kombi, which is shown in the photo below.
It is expected that in Europe the price of such a car will not exceed 30 thousand euros. Most likely, the Czech version will get a full set of engines, transmissions, as well as an all-wheel-drive modification, like its German counterpart.
The new generation VW Transporter will be offered with two-liter petrol and diesel engines, with power outputs of 224 and 231 horsepower, respectively.
