The six-liter V12 engine works in conjunction with a seven-speed automatic transmission 7G-Tronic Plus.
The base unit produces 530 horsepower and 830 Nm of torque, thanks to which the Mercedes-Benz S600 accelerates to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds, and the electronic limiter does not allow exceeding the mark of 250 km/h.
As for the S65 AMG version, it handles the sprint to the first "hundred" in 4.3 seconds.
