At the moment, the most powerful modification of the Fiesta is considered to be the ST version, equipped with the same 1.6-liter engine, but producing 182 horsepower. In addition to the enhanced unit, the Ford Fiesta RS will receive expressive plastic body kit, enlarged brake mechanisms, limited-slip differential, and tuned sports suspension.
The final decision on launching the RS into production has not yet been made — the model's prospects are currently being studied. If the project is approved, it will be possible to purchase the "hot" hatchback no earlier than 2015.
