The new station wagon from France boasts impressive dimensions, comparable to rivals such as the Skoda Octavia Combi, Volkswagen Golf Variant, or Kia cee'd SW. If we compare the 308 SW with the regular hatchback of the same family, the station wagon turns out to be as much as 33 centimeters longer.

The overall length of the Peugeot 308 SW is 4580 mm, and the luggage compartment holds 610 liters. For comparison, the Skoda Octavia Combi has an identical trunk volume, the Volkswagen Golf Variant has 605 liters, and the Kia cee'd SW has 528 liters. At the same time, despite the increased size, the new model is about 140 kg lighter than its predecessor, and the powertrains have become more powerful.

In addition, new diesel engines with outputs from 120 to 150 horsepower are likely to appear.
