Over its 26-year history, this model has sold more than 2.1 million units worldwide. Therefore, the manufacturer is confident that the fourth generation of the crossover will find its fans, just like the previous versions.

The new SUV has a rather expressive appearance. Specialists completely redesigned the front end, which now stands out with an angular grille with chrome trim, adding a futuristic touch to the car. The updated headlights also catch the eye: each consists of three L-shaped LED lenses combined into a single unit. In addition, enlarged front fenders give the crossover a sporty character, and the side profile is accentuated by new-design 20-inch alloy wheels.

After the generation change, the RX has become larger: it is 119 mm longer, 14 mm wider, and 9 mm taller, with the wheelbase increased by 48 mm. Now the overall dimensions are 4889x1894x1689 mm.

The crossover received a reinforced body and chassis, improved sound insulation, and a fully independent suspension. The equipment list includes a multimedia system with a 12.3-inch screen, a panoramic roof, heated rear seats, a head-up display, and an entertainment complex for rear passengers with 11.6-inch screens.

Under the hood remains the same 3.5-liter six-cylinder naturally aspirated engine. However, its output has increased from 277 to 300 horsepower. Instead of the 6-speed automatic transmission, an 8-speed one is now used.
