The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine plans to radically change the road management system within 5 years.
Minister of Infrastructure Andriy Pivovarsky presented the concept of road industry reform at a government meeting. During his speech, he also demonstrated a presentation outlining key areas of work until 2020.
